underwhelming stay
nervous feeling limited concierge
the location was acceptable. it was about a 15-minute walk to firenze parcheggi.
marzana had us do a self-check-in from the united states. she said that no one would be there on a sunday. this. the website mentioned concierge services, but we often was like we were on our own.

easy walk spacious room
The location was SUPERB, allowing easy walks everywhere. Exploring the city became easy. the hosts offered great tips and recommendations. the rooms were clean and spacious.

The suite included great linens, comfy pillows, and a comfortable bed. I slept well. the SUPER kitchen also featured ample counter space. the bathroom included a rainfall shower.

spacious apartment strong shower nice towels
i stayed in a spacious apartment near the duomo. it was very clean (the housekeeping was great). i appreciated the strong shower and nice towels.
the breakfast was continental at a restaurant across the street, i guess you can order more stuff if you pay more (i didn't).
